Featured Product   #263  Who Needs a Scarecrow? Who needs a Scarecrow? Especially when you have a crow hunting cat hanging around! This chunky kitty just caught himself a doozy of a crow and is holding him until he promises not to come back. The crow is thinking over his answer, but he better not take too long, it's getting close to dinner time. This piece was created by me, Kim Owens, using my own hand made paper clay. Once cured the piece was hand painted, using acrylic paint. It was then highlighted and shadowed using chalks and oils and then antiqued to bring out all the detail. Finally it was sealed with a satin sealer to keep the colors vivid and protect the finish for years to come. This piece was created in my smoke free studio in Sunny California.
